How We Do It

Roof evaluations include detailed descriptions, observations and deficiencies of the roof accompanied by multiple pictures that illustrate the findings. Job proposals describe the recommended scope of work with itemized cost detail and frequently include optional solutions.

We meet with client representatives on-site prior to the start of the project to ensure mutual understanding of the job plan and procedures. Topics typically include items such as planned start and finish dates with work hours, safety precautions, equipment staging, roof access needs, parking arrangements, supplier delivery dates, and tenant notification requirements.

We provide custom schedules for your specific project. The schedules include daily planned activities for each building and key contact information. Schedules are updated weekly throughout the job to show our progress to plan and unplanned weather delays.

We respect our clients’ property and their tenant relationships. We do everything possible to ensure their health and safety, and to provide our services with minimal disruption.

Following the completion of every project, we offer a job walk with our client to ensure complete satisfaction. Any necessary manufacturer’s inspections and punch list items are completed, and contractor and manufacturer warranties are provided.
