• Type of system currently installed
• Number of layers on existing roof
• Roof deck and underlay inspection
• Identify any problem areas
• Mechanical systems and equipment on roof
• Access to building and property
• Area to stock new materials on roof during your project

• Outline the scope of work for new roof or repairs
• What type of materials and systems will be installed
• Time frame for the project
• Budget

|
• Onsite foreman to oversee and manage crew
• Daily inspections from the Project Manager
• Determine progress of project
• Secure additional resources if needed
• Perform safety inspection

|
• Ensure new and old roof are properly sealed an the end of the work day
• Random safety checks by 3rd party safety company
• Final inspection upon completion
• For warranteed product—inspection by manufacturer
• Inspection for all other systems by Gorman Roofing project manager
